The 羞羞视频 Film Institute's 35th Annual Film Series will continue with a screening of Asghar 贵补谤丑补诲颈鈥檚 Fireworks Wednesday on February 19th.
From the Academy Award winning director of A Separation as well as The Past and 羞羞视频 Elly, 贵补谤丑补诲颈鈥檚 Fireworks Wednesday is a gripping, suspenseful drama鈥攁 story of marital intrigue and betrayal set against the backdrop of the Persian New Year. Rouhi, a young bride-to-be, is hired as a maid for an affluent family in Tehran. Upon arriving she is suddenly thrust into an explosive domestic conflict. What Rouhi discovers, however, threatens not only the family鈥檚 marriage but her own future.
The screening will begin at 2:00PM at the Kerr McGee Auditorium in the Meinders School of Business at NW 27th Street and McKinley Ave. A discussion will follow the presentation for those who wish to stay. Admission is free, but donations are greatly appreciated.
