Interviews can happen just about anywhere.Ìý
Your interview may be held on campus, at the organization, a restaurant or elsewhere. You may meet with one person or with a panel. The key is to ask questions, do your research and understand the possibilities!
Rock Your ResearchÌý
- Research the industry, company, and individual(s) interviewing you to make sure you understand their mission, philosophy, key products, and services.Ìý
- Know the format:Ìý
- Phone Screening, Video/Skype, In-person, Lunch/Dinner etc
- If you haven't already done so, update your LinkedIn and social media accounts and review security settings.
- If possible, visit the location the day before so you'll know exactly where you're going and where to park. Be sure to print out directions or if using a GPS, verify the location and parking details.
Tip: Not sure where to start? After you have scoured the company website, utilize resources such as LinkedIn, Vault.com, and Glassdoor.com.Ìý
